It connects registered vendors with people looking for medical-related supplies. It is available in seven languages which are English, Hindi, Gujarati, Kannada, Bengali, Telugu and Tamil. Professionals from top companies collaborated to develop this chatbot, which combines technology and data for assistance. The bot checks in with suppliers every few hours to see if they want to be shown as having stock or if they want their listing removed from the database. COVIDAsha makes use of the COVID-19 resources database created by RC Medicrew and the volunteer network [32].

Recently, one more functionality is added that is now providing information on the availability of vaccines as well. The chatbot saves your selected language and city to provide you with a real-time list of all centers where vaccine shots are available. It filters the results by age, dose, vaccination type, and district. When a previously unavailable slot becomes available, the page refreshes and sends notifications.
